Sales Representative
Full-time position to be filled in Montreal
Job Description
Fortin Auto Radio is currently looking for a sales representative for a full-time position at our Montreal (Anjou) facility. In the performance of your duties, you will be called upon to work in a team with passionate colleagues and with state-of-the-art brands and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Advise and sell products and services to customers
- Prepare the opening and closing of the store
- Open and close cash registers
- Take charge of the reception, handling and storage of merchandise as well as positioning on shelves
- Confirm customer appointments via telephone
- Perform cleaning in the store, garage and custom shop (woodshop)
- Install equipment in the store and on the front counters
- Prepare parts for technicians and document them on work orders
- Participate in store inventory taking
- Enter and exit vehicles when necessary
Requirements
- Relevant training
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Mastery of the French language (spoken and written)
- English language fluency (spoken)
- Hold a valid class 5 driver's license
- Autonomy and good problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Customer service and retail experience
- Good knowledge of audio calibration
